Qualifications & Skills

I am an experienced and successful direct marketer and campaign manager. I have Extensive experience designing communication strategies for advertisements, pamphlets, newsletters, logos, business cards, brochures, trade show marketing, posters, photography, web site design and e-mails. My background is heavily rooted in Graphic Design. Over the years this has developed into a sharp sense for direct marketing and communicaitons, which is what has prompted me to go for my masters in Direct Marketing.

I enjoy working in a collaborative eviornment, one of my greatest strengths is my ability to work well with others, maximizing opportunities for the team and the organization. I have extensive experience working with computers. I am fluent in both PC and Macintosh environments and my program specific expertise is in: Photoshop CS, Fireworks 8, Dreamweaver 8, Illustrator CS, InDesign CS, Flash Professional, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I am an eager and fast learner always looking for something new to learn and expand my skill set with.

Work History

Graphics & Web site Manager

I am responsible for the management, planning, design, and implementation of all communication pieces that Mount Sunapee uses. I design all manner of print communication materials from coupons to posters to postcards to direct mail campaigns. I also manage our vendors for list provision, printing, outsource creative, and some programming as well.

I am also the manager, designer, and programmer of Mount Sunapee web site and email communications. Finally I also manage the structure and strategy for Mount Sunapee's databases. This position requires me to be extremely organized, proactive, and willing to turn on a dime with the myriad of tasks that need to be completed on a daily basis.

Creative Supervisor

As the creative supervisor for SDE I oversee three designers and the work that they produce. My main area of focus in this role is on the public tuition events that SDE markets to teachers across the U.S. I am responsible for managing the creative process for all current and new programs we produce, including workflow and design concept. These communications take the shape of two and four color self mailing brochures, magazine advertisements, direct mail promotions, website and e-mail design, as well as trade show and event marketing. Each year we mail roughly 20 million pieces of direct mail accounting for more than 70% of the total revenue taken in by SDE.

Graphic & Multimedia Senior Designer

Working as the Graphic & Multimedia Senior Designer for SDE I am the designer of all digital content that is produced for SDE. This pertains to all e-mails, the entire company website (www.sde.com) and production and design of interactive flash presentations for various products. I am also the designer of all the BtoB marketing materials for SDE's customized training division, which has experienced consistent positive growth from a one million per year segment of business to a now five million dollars per year segment of business in the three years that I have been working with them.
